Boarding, Booking, cancellation, & Vaccination policies
Booking Policy
All bookings are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
Space is limited — we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred dates.
Holiday and peak season bookings (e.g. Thanksgiving, Christmas, summer) may require earlier notice.
Deposit Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation.
The remaining balance is due at drop-off.
For holiday stays, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
Modifications
You may request changes to your reservation up to 7 days before your scheduled start date, based on availability.
Changes made within 7 days may be subject to fees or forfeiture of deposit.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! To ensure fairness and allow us to accommodate other pets in need of care, please review our cancellation policy below:
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of service
✅ Full refundCancellations made 3–6 days before the start of service
🔁 50% refundCancellations made less than 72 hours (3 days) before start of service
❌ No refund or credit will be issued.Holiday bookings (major holidays)
⏳ Require 10 days notice for cancellation to receive a refund. Less than 10 days = no refund.
No-shows or early pick-ups:

As you prepare to board with us, we wanted to remind you of the necessary vaccinations required to ensure a safe and healthy stay for all dogs in our care.
Vaccinations Required Before Boarding:
Rabies
Distemper (DHP or DHPP)
Parvovirus (Parvo)
Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
Leptospirosis
Canine Influenza
Please ensure that your dog is up to date on these vaccinations before their scheduled stay. We kindly request that you provide us with a copy of the vaccination records from your veterinarian. If your dog is due for any vaccines, please schedule them prior to your arrival to avoid any delays.
Additionally, we recommend that your pet is current on flea, tick, and heartworm prevention to help maintain a safe environment for all pets in our care.
