  • Our Philosophy

At K9 805, boarding is designed to feel safe, calm, and personal, never chaotic or overwhelming. Dogs are cared for inside our home, not in a warehouse or outdoor kennel setting.

All dogs are housed in size-appropriate crates or indoor kennels, ensuring comfort, security, and the ability to fully relax. We intentionally keep our numbers low to reduce stress, prevent overstimulation, and allow us to meet each dog’s individual needs.

Boarding at K9 805 is not about housing dogs. It’s about caring for them intentionally. Every dog receives structure, calm handling, enrichment, and respect as an individual. This approach allows dogs to truly settle in, decompress, and enjoy their stay.

    Our boarding environment includes:

    • Indoor, climate-controlled space with air conditioning and heating

    • Calm, relaxing music playing 24/7

    • Security cameras monitored 24/7

    • Regular potty breaks and structured walks throughout the day

    • Consistent routines to promote emotional stability and decompression

This environment is ideal for dogs who do best with structure, predictability, and personal attention rather than traditional daycare-style boarding.
